When you have received a quote from a trade or supplier, you can add this to the Master Cost Assembly in the relevant Trade Area to start finalising the contract, or final price. 

Step 1 Select the Job, select Estimates and select the estimate you are working on (ie. Primary Estimate).

Step 2 Select Master Cost Assembly

Step 3 Select the Trade Area that you wish to add the quote.  Let’s use Concrete Works as the example. Edit.

Step 4 Next remove any cost details from line items that are included in this quote, by using the dropdown X or the checkbox.

Step 5 Confirm the allowance for the Trade Area at the bottom of the page. Save.
