The C2CPRO fee for the use of the Construction Management Contract and the Joint Security Account is applied in this Trade Area. You will note that the fee is at 1.5% rate and is applied automatically. If you wish to discuss an agreed variation to this rate, contact one of the team at C2CPRO.
The Contract Administration Fee is viewed and applied at the following:
- Cashflow Schedule
- Bills
- Claims
Cashflow Schedule
The Cashflow Schedule will have automatically placed the Contract Administration fee in the first payment Claim.
Bills
When the Job Status of the Job has been changed to Construction Commenced, and the details of the Security Account are added to the Job Overview, a Bill from C2CPRO will automatically populate based on the allowance in the MCA.
Payment Claims
When Claim No. 1 is created, the C2CPRO Bill will automatically add to the Claim. Payments to C2CPRO will be made directly from the Joint Security Account.
